Rated 1/10. Blah, no thanks! After 20 minutes, I turned it off. Couldn't relate to all the fresh-faced under 30 crowd.
The story was good, but it contained strong Sexual content, rude gestures, language. Sadly, it was a bad movie. The plot was very enjoyable and very good, but they destroyed it.
Not something for a man, and that is totally sexist, but this author has had about seven of his books made into film, and the ladies love Nicholas Sparks.
I only watched bits and pieces because I was cooking dinner, but from what I saw, my lady was loving it. She doesn't think it's the best of the bunch of films made from his books, but she wants more, so that's a good sign that she enjoyed what she was watching. And guys, if it's movie night for you and a loved one, you can't go wrong with any of the Nicholas Sparks romances. He did write The Notebook, The Vow, etc. so consider The Choice if you want a little love, just don't check it out to watch with the guys.
That's the most one sided review I've written, and I'm ashamed. But I do need to label this as a "chick flick".
Flippant, flirty and silly. Did not hold my interest. This movie is a waste of time.
Loved it. Wonderful movie! Wonderful acting and story.
A good story but the acting was very average.
One Nicholas Sparks book I haven't read. I did enjoy the film. Nicholas Sparks fans will love it.
Good story and it happens in daily life.
Very sweet and romantic. A must view for romance readers.
