Excellent series. My first read for Author Christina Dodd. Unbeknownst to me I picked up the book relating to brother Eli's story, then Noah's not knowing there was a first edition of which the library didn't carry about Rafe but regardless which one you read first they are excellent and will keep you interested from the first page to the last. As the library didn't have the book about Rafe I went out and purchased it at Chapters. That's how good this series was! I'm definitely looking forward to more reads but the library needs to ensure they too are in step with ensuring the series of books are in stock and Large Print would sure be appreciated so everyone of any generation can enjoy!

When Eli is faced with the danger of losing the vineyard, Chloe's father makes a deal. If he marries his daughter, Chloe, then he will pay off all of the debts. Little does Eli know that he will actually fall in love with Chloe. But when they find an old still with a rotten corpse, it seems that someone wants Chloe dead. Eli will do anything to keep her safe. This book held my interest from beginning to end.

Enjoyable read, likeable characters, romantic mystery. Of the two books, the second was more complex than the first book.

incredible book. starts slow but increases in excitement and intregue as it goes along. Anxious to see what the third brother is up to and how he handles it.
