A very entertaining Victorian/Canadian detective series, however sanitized it may be -- that adds to its charm. Great characters, save the overly bubbly coroner -- who just seems bizarre to me. I can't fathom anyone working with cadavers to be consistently merry and jovial, whether the corpses are gruesomely murdered or not. It's just inappropriate behavior and translates as phony. Aside from that the show is very good, and I will continue with it.

Safe for children... can watch out of order... surprising how it seems so Disney one minute, then suddenly there's Tesla and Plug Hat Rd. I heard our fearless leader likes this show, probably because women stay in their place, hmmph. It can't be the science.

I just love murdoch mysteries, a smart thing, a detective who uses stuff that they never used, such as fingerprints. It's also cool to see what Toronto was like 110 years ago.
