Good advice that seems deceptively simple. So many books give you too much information, then your brain shuts down and you're left in pretty much the same place you started. This one outlines the strategies that worked for him, and for many others, but doesn't overload you with forms and gimmicks and systems that look nice on paper but can't be used in real life. I especially like all of the quotes he uses for emphasis.
