This is a solid read and bound to be helpful if you suffer minor issues, dismissive of the gym, too much chocolate cake and the authors challenge, too many Cokes. The chapters are short, generally 3 pages and if I were to "nit", there are too many concepts. My reasoning for the 4 stars however, is the book didn't motivate me to action, which could easily be my issue, so Ms. Ryan and I will split the difference, ergo 4 stars, not 5 !!
