There is a new student at F. Scott Fitzgerald High, Jake Garrett - and he has become the biggest "happening" in town. Gordon Korman has yet to disappoint. :)

I thought that Jake's secret would be something reeeeaally sad, but I still enjoyed reading about it. I don't know why he's so infatuated with Didi though. I mean I would've given up already even if there was a chance she could love Jake...it wasn't worth it. She annoyed me so much.

Rick was a really good friend and a likeable character, and his relationship with Jen was cute. It was sort of like the childhood best friends thing :)

All in all, it was a very likeable story.
